Irish Brown Soda Bread with Pecan Butter


Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a fresh homemade loaf of Irish Brown Soda Bread paired with our delicious Pecan Butter. 


- 2 cups white flour
- 2 cups brown flour
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt

Add all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine. Add buttermilk and mix together. Empty dough onto floured board. Shape into round loaf.

Bake for 15 mins at 450°F. Reduce heat and bake additional 15 mins at 400°F.

Serve with a big heaping spoon of our Pecan Butter.
