Joe's Brunch



Steak & Egg Salad with Pecan Joe Dressing




- 1 x Rib-eye Bison Steak

- Mixed Greens

- 2 x eggs – Poached


Grill steak 3 mins each side for medium rare. Let rest before slicing




- 1 tbsp Pecan Joe

- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar

- ½ lemon - juiced


Blend Pecan Joe, Balsamic Vinegar, lemon juice.  Taste and add 1 tsp water to combine. Drizzle over mixed green salad.
